Description
Pavilion Point is a brand new, stylish purpose built student hall of residence, opened in 2021.
In a great location, only 5 minutes walk from Brighton train station and on a number of major bus routes, for easy travel to nearby language schools and universities.
Brighton’s Royal Pavilion, sea front and the many shops of The Lanes are also nearby.
The modern bedrooms offer a small double bed, study area with shelving and wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, handbasin and WC. The shared kitchens are fully equipped, with cookware and tableware.
Facilities at Pavilion Point include free Wi-Fi access throughout, gym, communal social/study spaces, multimedia room, external courtyard, on-site laundry facilities, and coffee area.
Utility bills and weekly cleaning of shared kitchens are included in the rate. Bedding and linens are provided, but students are advised to bring their own towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their bedroom and en-suite, and laundering their bed linen.
