Charles Morton Court

A modern hall of residence, located in a peaceful residential area close to shops, bars and restaurants, and a short bus ride to Islington, zone 1, and a short walk to Canonbury Overground station.

The residence offers single bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms contain a ¾ double bed, desk/chair, shelving and storage. Bathrooms include a WC, handbasin and shower. There is a shared kitchen which is fully equipped, including tableware and cookware, and a shared living space.

Communal areas within the residence include a lounge with TV and pool table, and small garden. There is also on-site laundry and bicycle storage.

Students are responsible for cleaning their bedroom and communal areas within the apartment.

The residence is conveniently located with a bus stop only 2 minutes walk from the residence. Islington is under 20 minutes bus journey and Canonbury Overground station is 10 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by bus). Canonbury is only 3 stops from Camden and 20 minutes straight into central London.

Minimum age is 18. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Rates are valid from 14th September 2024 until 6th September 2025 but are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

Note: Within 40 minutes travel to London Metropolitan University, Institute of Ismaili Studies, City University of London, SOAS, Birkbeck, Queen Mary University, University of the Arts, and others.
