It is with great regret and sadness that Britannia Student Services Limited announces that the Company has ceased trading with immediate effect due to ongoing market challenges within the student accommodation sector.
Over recent months, we have explored every possible option to protect the business and continue supporting our students, agents, schools, and partners. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the Company is no longer in a position to continue operating, and steps are now being taken to place the Company into liquidation.
Parker Walsh, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, have been instructed to assist the Company with this process. It is currently proposed that Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) of Parker Walsh be appointed as Liquidator.
We fully appreciate that this news will be upsetting and concerning for students, agents, schools, and other creditors affected by the situation. We sincerely apologise for the distress, disruption, and uncertainty this may cause.
