A modern hall of residence, only 15 minutes from central London by public transport and conveniently located just 6 minutes walk from Lewisham DLR and mainline train stations, and Elverson Road DLR station. There is a mix of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Chapter Lewisham offers apartments with 3 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms contain a ¾ double storage bed, wardrobe and desk/chair, with access to a fully equipped kitchen with living/dining area.
Facilities include free access to the well-equipped, on-site gym. There are extensive communal areas which include a games room, study spaces, TV snug, and roof terrace. There is also an on-site laundry, secure 24/7 access and bicycle storage.
Minimum age is 18. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Rates are valid from 7th September 2024 until 30th August 2025 but are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
Note: Close to Goldsmiths (University of London) and University of Greenwich, and approximately 30 minutes travel to King's College, London South Bank University and Queen Mary University.
